The Role
You'll take ownership of an established industrial desk while developing new business opportunities across Peterborough and the surrounding areas. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing industrial and warehousing clients
- Building and maintaining a strong temporary workforce
- Winning new business opportunities
- Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Delivering exceptional customer service

- Previous recruitment experience within industrial or warehousing recruitment
- Experience managing temporary recruitment
- Strong business development skills
