Labour-Tech Recruitment is expanding into Yorkshire, and we're looking for someone who wants to play a pivotal role in building our presence across Leeds and the surrounding region. The Role
You'll focus on developing industrial, warehousing and logistics recruitment across Yorkshire, building a client base from the ground up while benefiting from the support, systems and reputation of an established recruitment business.
- Developing new industrial and logistics clients
- Growing temporary and permanent recruitment revenue
- Managing the complete recruitment cycle
- Building candidate networks across Yorkshire
- Becoming Labour-Tech's key representative in the region
- Helping shape our long-term Yorkshire growth strategy
About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Recruitment experience (industrial, logistics or warehousing preferred)
- A proven ability to win new business
- Strong relationship-building skills
- A self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
- The ambition to help build something rather than simply maintain a desk
