The Role

You'll be responsible for setting, programming and operating CNC machinery to manufacture high-quality timber products. Duties will include:

  • Programming and operating 3 and 5-axis CNC machinery
  • Machine setup and tooling changes
  • Reading technical drawings and specifications
  • Quality checking finished products
  • Identifying and resolving machining issues
  • Maximising machine efficiency and minimising downtime
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • CNC programming, setting and operating experience
  • Experience with 3-axis or 5-axis machinery
  • Manufacturing, woodworking, joinery, furniture or timber experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to quality and efficiency
  • Experience with Xilog Plus or X-Door software would be advantageous but is not essential.
