We're an established recruitment business with over 20 years in the market, a strong reputation for delivery, and ambitious growth plans across the UK. As part of that journey, we're launching and scaling our Cambridge branch and we're looking for a driven Branch Manager to lead from the front.
The Opportunity
- This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a high-performing senior consultant who wants:
- Their first branch management role
- Full ownership of a local market
- The chance to build, grow, and lead a team in industrial & logistics recruitment
You’ll be supported by an experienced leadership team, centralised back-office functions, and a business that genuinely understands the industrial market.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing the Cambridge branch
- Billing on a strong industrial / warehousing desk
- Developing key client relationships across warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing
- Leading from the front setting standards, mentoring consultants, and driving performance
- Recruiting, training, and developing your own team over time
- Owning branch P&L, KPIs, and growth strategy (with support)
Who We’re Looking For
- An experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant (or equivalent)
- Strong background in industrial / warehousing recruitment
- Logistics recruitment exposure is highly desirable
- Proven billing history and client management skills
- Someone ready to step into leadership and accountability
- Commercially minded, motivated, and confident managing people
- Based in or able to commute to Cambridge
