They are now looking to recruit Production Operatives to join their team and support ongoing growth. The Role
- As a Production Operative, you’ll work under the supervision of a Machine Operator, training on all aspects of conversion machine operations while supporting day-to-day production.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of health & safety, hygiene, and housekeeping.
- Follow and execute job instructions from specification sheets.
- Liaise with departments to ensure correct materials are available for each job.
- Assist with machine setup alongside the crew to maximise efficiency.
- Stack, send, and present pallets to a first-class standard for palletisation.
- Carry out cleaning and basic maintenance tasks with the team.
- Report any mechanical issues immediately to the Machine Operator.
- Contribute to reducing cost and waste through efficient use of resources.
- Support improvements to product quality and operational processes.
- Share ideas that enhance customer service and efficiency.
- Maintain a proactive and positive can-do attitude.
