Labour 24/7 is an employment business acting on behalf of a Bolton-based client, a leading manufacturer of clinical products. They are recruiting experienced Assembly Operatives/Technicians to assist with increased workload.

Hours of work are Monday–Friday 7:30am‑4pm, with pay at £13.47 per hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Complete assembly, testing, fault finding, rectification and final quality inspection of all machines.
  • Ensure a hazard‑free working environment, including cleaning, tidying and maintaining defined standards.
  • Assist with Macerator stores as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an engineering/assembly environment.
  • Ability to challenge conventional thinking.
  • Team player determined to exceed set targets.
  • Motivated and capable of handling demanding workloads that require accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with hand tools (minimum 1 year of experience).
  • Mechanical knowledge (minimum 1 year).
  • Mechanical assembly (minimum 1 year).

This position is for an immediate start and may lead to permanent employment after satisfactory completion of the probationary period.

Job Type: Full‑time.
