We are seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician with a "fix-anything" mindset to join our team. This is a true multi-craft role—to be successful, you must be confident working across both mechanical and electrical disciplines, with strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to work problems from symptoms to root cause.
Whether you are a Junior Technician fresh out of Technical school looking to build a career, or a Seasoned Veteran with 20+ years of industrial experience, we have a place for you. We value technical curiosity and the ability to diagnose complex systems. While we utilize specialized CNC machinery and robotics, these skills aren't required on day one–we are looking for a technician with a broad-based skill set who can master our specific equipment through provided training and hands‑on experience.

Compensation
- $29.25 - $37.25 / hr base pay
- $28 - $36 / hr base pay
- $1.25 / hr shift differential

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Anything – Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues quickly and safely; approach each problem with a structured mindset to restore equipment and prevent repeat failures.
- Electrical Maintenance (we will train the right multi‑craft candidate).
- Preventive experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a major plus.
- Specialized Machinery: Prior experience troubleshooting CNC machinery or robotics.
