We’re hiring CNC Machinists at all experience levels to join our precision machining team supporting the rapidly growing semiconductor industry. Whether you’re early in your machining career or have spent years running complex CNC equipment, we have opportunities that match your current skill level and give you room to grow. Depending on your experience, you may start by operating established jobs or step directly into independent setups, troubleshooting, process improvement, and complex high-mix work. We’re expanding alongside our customers and investing heavily in new equipment, new capabilities, and training. You’ll have opportunities to develop across CNC mills, turning centers, mill-turns, and other advanced equipment while building toward increasingly technical and higher-paying work.

Compensation

Responsibilities
- Complete Setups: Independently perform machine setups from blueprint to first part.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read complex prints and manufacturing documentation.
- Program Adjustments: Edit offsets and make basic G-code adjustments.
- Quality Verification: Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment.
- Process Troubleshooting: Resolve machining and tooling issues independently.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Technical Support: Assist machinists with setups and troubleshooting.
- Safe Production: Produce quality parts while following safety procedures.
Qualifications Required
- 5+ years of CNC machining experience
- Independent setup machining experience
- Experience with CNC mills and lathes
- Strong blueprint interpretation skills
- Proficient with precision measuring equipment
- Experience editing offsets and G-code
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
