We’re looking for an experienced Estimator (Refurb) to join our clients growing team, pricing roofing and cladding refurbishment projects up to £200k. You’ll work closely with main contractors, build relationships, and play a key role in winning new business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reviewing tender documents and project specs
- Attending 1–2 site visits per week
- Preparing accurate, competitive estimates (approx. 10 per month)
- Identifying risks and offering cost-effective alternatives
- Building strong relationships with main contractors
- Providing clear handovers to operations, procurement & commercial teams
- Supporting project teams with any post-award queries
- Keeping up to date with materials, pricing, and market trends

- Commercial/industrial or warehouse refurbishment experience preferred
- Strong understanding of technical drawings
- Good Excel and IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
