What You'll Do
- Lead Commercial Strategy: Manage specialist projects from initial tender to final account.
- Drive Financial Success: Oversee cost control, budget forecasting, and cash flow projections.
- Master Contracts: Administer JCT and NEC contracts, managing variations and claims.
- Build Partnerships: Collaborate with design teams, negotiate with subcontractors, and mentor junior talent.
What We're Looking For
- Expertise: Proven experience managing full envelope packages.
- Contract Confidence: Strong practical knowledge of JCT and NEC forms.
- Qualifications: BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, a valid CSCS card, and a driving licence.
