As my client's technology platform continues to expand, they're looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing engineering team who specialises in .Net. You will work on a variety of exciting automation and monitoring projects, including the development of a web-based analytics platform for IoT sensor data used for bespoke applications. This role offers the opportunity to work across modern software development, IoT data systems, and industrial technology, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of engineers. This is a permanent, on-site role at their Oxfordshire office, ideally suited to candidates living locally or within a 45-minute commute.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and developing software for automation and monitoring systems
- Contributing to the development of a web-based analytics platform for IoT sensor data
- Collaborating with software, hardware, and systems engineers to deliver integrated solutions
- Implementing testing strategies and code quality standards
About You
You are a motivated software engineer with a strong technical foundation and a passion for building reliable, high-quality software. You enjoy working collaboratively and are keen to learn new technologies in a fast-moving engineering environment. We’re looking for someone who:

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree or Master’s in Computer Science or a related discipline
- 2+ years’ experience in a professional software development role

- Databases and ORM frameworks – Entity Framework
- Containerisation and orchestration – Docker, Kubernetes
