As our clients' business continues to grow, they are looking for an Electronics Production Engineer to help scale their manufacturing capability and support the introduction of new products. What You’ll Be Doing
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to support products from design through to production.
- Liaise with local contract electronics manufacturers, including occasional site visits.
- Produce clear and accurate engineering documentation, including:
- Assembly drawings
- Manufacturing instructions
- Test procedures
About You
You are a hands-on engineer with strong technical curiosity and a high level of attention to detail. You are comfortable working across disciplines and communicating technical information clearly.
Essential qualifications and experience:
- HNC (or higher) in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing or hardware engineering environment
Required Skills & Experience
- Demonstrable experience with:
- Electronics manufacturing processes
- Products that incorporate embedded firmware
- New product introduction (NPI) and resolving production-related issues
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for documentation and reporting
- Design and automation of production test fixtures (e.g., scripting or PLC-based systems)
- Electronics or mechanical CAD tools such as Altium or SolidWorks
- Basic Windows and Linux system administration
