Commercial Manager
South Oxfordshire (Hybrid) | Full Time | £46,000–£54,000 + 10% commission (£65k–£80k+ OTE)
Laboris Solutions client is growing — and they’re looking for an ambitious Commercial Manager to help drive their next phase of commercial growth.
This is not a traditional sales role. They’re looking for a commercially driven professional who can create opportunities, build strategic relationships, uncover client challenges, and deliver tailored workforce development solutions that create measurable business impact.
You’ll work with business leaders, HR teams, L&D professionals and senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and shape solutions across leadership development, professional skills, apprenticeships, digital learning and organisational development.
Key responsibilities:
✅ Build and execute a B2B growth strategy
✅ Generate new business through networking, partnerships and proactive outreach
✅ Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to contract win
✅ Lead consultative conversations with senior decision-makers
✅ Develop compelling proposals, solutions and commercial recommendations
✅ Grow existing client relationships and unlock new opportunities
✅ Build a strong, predictable sales pipeline
