A great opportunity has arisen for an experienced Stores Operative to join a world leading high-tech manufacturing client based in the Abingdon area. The Stores Operative will assist with the inventory and stores management of a large global manufacturer. This is a permanent opportunity with an immediate start for the right candidate.
Key duties:
- Use of Computerised Inventory management system
- Effective communication with internal customers
- Assist with the issuing of Materials to production
- Kit Picking and physical inventory movements
- Relocating/rearranging stores inventory locations
- Cycle Count stock parts as required
- Abide by all the company’s Health and Safety Policies at all times
The successful Stores Operative will need the following skills and experience:
- Experience of using Stock Control Database – desired not essential
- Basic understanding of technical drawings desirable
- Experienced in Microsoft Office suite – desired but not essential
- Understand business objectives
Full Time - 37 hours a week with early finish on Friday!
