We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Clinical Education Specialist within our new Obstetrics (OB) sales structure in the UK. This role combines sales expertise with clinical education support, helping healthcare professionals deliver exceptional patient care through our innovative OB product range. What You'll Do
- As a key member of the UK Sales team, you will support the sales structure in the UK to sell and provide clinical education to customers in the South‑Eastern and London regions of the UK.
- The ideal candidate will join us with a midwifery background and have experience delivering clinical training within their current role. This can be within the NHS to the commercial sector.
- Sales Growth: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
- Clinical Education: Deliver high-quality training sessions for clinical staff, ensuring confidence and competence in product use.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across the NHS and private healthcare sector, including surgeons, doctors, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals.
- Product Expertise: Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and provide in‑theatre case support across a diverse and exciting portfolio.
- Customer Experience: Consistently deliver a superior customer experience that drives loyalty and long‑term partnerships.
What We're Looking For
- Clinical Background: Nursing or midwifery qualification (UK).
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in medical device sales within the UK (desirable).
- Specialist Knowledge: Experience in obstetrics/gynaecology is advantageous.
- Training Skills: Ability to deliver engaging training sessions to clinical teams.
