Labcorp is seeking a Study Coordinator to join our team at Alconbury, near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday – 37.5hrs
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support for Study Directors on day-to-day study specific tasks and act as an alternative contact for the Sponsor in the absence of the Study Director.
- Coordinate packages of studies and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be involved in study scheduling and updating of planning tools.
- Take responsibility for general study coordination tasks including scheduling shipping of samples, acquisition of test article and relevant documentation, sorting orders for studies and preparing documents for review.
- Learn client management responsibilities including status updates and scheduling specific client requirements.
- Quality control checking of study data.
- Archiving of study data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in their resolution.
- Learn and maintain awareness of routine study procedures and software used in study conduct.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A level in Chemistry or Biology.
Additional Job Standards:
- Worked in or have knowledge of GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) regulations.
- Demonstrates excellent communication, time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple studies.
- Good I.T. / software skills including Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and consistent accuracy whilst managing multiple changing priorities.
Due to the remote location of this site, there are no public transport links available.
We are looking for a Study Coordinator who will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the Crop, Protection and Chemical team and will work alongside the Study Directors, providing administrative support in the conduct and organisation of multiple studies and study types.
