Overview
In this remote role, you will lead the day-to-day operations for a client-focused CLS team, ensuring resources align with project plans and service levels.
You will drive process adherence, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable, high-quality client service.
You’ll develop and coach team members, manage performance, and foster continuous improvement to meet growth and budget goals.

Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day operations of the team and allocate resources to meet project plans and service levels
- Balance workloads and collaborate on global resource management
- Ensure seamless integration of team services and consistent SOP usage
- Monitor progress toward team goals and report performance metrics with corrective actions
- Communicate management decisions and strategy to team and clients
- Develop and coach direct reports; set performance objectives and conduct evaluations
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity; resolve customer complaints with cross-team collaboration
- Manage customer expectations and milestones; tailor approaches to customer needs while ensuring global consistency
- Collaborate across CLS functions and with Business Units to remove barriers and optimize client delivery
- Lead client relationship activities and proactive communication with customers
- Assist project management leadership in daily operations and understand evolving customer needs

- 3 or more years of customer leadership experience
