Our client, a dynamic boutique luxury Real Estate Company is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their driven and charismatic Managing Director. Great small team! Lovely location.
You will manage a busy international diary, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare itineraries, oversee conference attendance and manage expenses with accurate reporting. You’ll also organise industry events, corporate dinners and internal team functions, ensuring every detail is delivered to a high standard.
Alongside this, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office — liaising with suppliers and building management, coordinating facilities, preparing meeting rooms, greeting visitors and maintaining a polished, professional environment.
