Office Manager & Executive Assistant – Dynamic Hedge Fund

Our client, a dynamic and highly successful hedge fund, is looking for an experienced Office Manager & Executive Assistant to join its London team.
This is a "hands on" varied role with real scope and responsibility, combining senior-level EA support to a Senior Executive with ownership of the day-to-day running of a busy Central London office. You’ll join a collaborative, high-performing business with a great culture and fast-paced, professional environment.
You will be a key point of contact for the London office, ensuring everything runs smoothly while providing first-class support to a Senior Executive.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality EA support to a Senior Executive, including diary management, meetings and changing priorities
- Coordinating UK and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transfers and itineraries
- Organising internal and external meetings, including rooms, technology, catering and materials
- Managing the smooth day-to-day running and presentation of the London office
- Overseeing facilities, suppliers, maintenance, couriers, catering and general office requirements
- Managing the Office Assistant and Receptionist, setting priorities, coordinating workloads and ensuring excellent day-to-day support across the office
- Managing the Office Assistant and Receptionist and maintaining consistently high standards
- Working closely with HR, IT, Finance and other business support functions
- Coordinating new joiners, leavers, recruitment logistics and onboarding requirements
- Managing office events, team lunches and employee initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to improve office processes, efficiency and service
You will have previous experience in a combined Office Manager and Executive Assistant role, ideally within financial services, investment management or a similarly professional environment.You’ll be highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities, with strong diary and travel management experience. Previous people management experience, ideally managing office support or reception staff, is important.
