Job Description
Join a highly regarded boutique asset management firm as their new All-Round Team Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a people-first environment where you’ll be valued, supported, and given room to grow. This role has real variety: you’ll be the go-to person for office operations, events, HR support, travel, and vendor management — no two days will be the same!

What you’ll be doing
\\n\\n
· • Events & Culture: Help plan and deliver team socials, office events, and lunches that bring people together.
\\n\\n
· • Office & Team Support: Keep the office running smoothly — from presentations and expenses to supplies and meeting prep.
\\n\\n
· • HR & Onboarding: Coordinate with IT and facilities to welcome new joiners, manage inductions and passes, and support placement programmes.
\\n\\n
· • Some diary and travel – Organise meetings, coordinate diaries and travel, make last-minute changes with ease.
\\n\\n
· • Vendors & Facilities: Manage relationships with suppliers, oversee contracts, track invoices, and keep shared spaces in top shape.

· • Reception & Meetings: Be the welcoming face of the office, greeting guests and setting up meeting rooms/Zoom calls.

What we’re looking for

· • Previous experience in administration, office management, or team support in financial services ideallyÂ

· • Strong organisational skills — comfortable juggling multiple priorities

· • Tech-savvy (MS Office; knowledge of Xero/HiBob is a plus)
