A key position combining Executive Assistant support to a senior Managing Director with full Office Management responsibility and organising events for a six-person London office.
- You will manage a busy international diary, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare itineraries, oversee conference attendance and manage expenses with accurate reporting.
- You’ll also organise industry events, corporate dinners and internal team functions, ensuring every detail is delivered to a high standard.
- Alongside this, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office — liaising with suppliers and building management, coordinating facilities, preparing meeting rooms, greeting visitors and maintaining a polished, professional environment.
