We are looking for an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant (with office management) to support the dynamic Founder across both business and private matters including lifestyle management. This is a fast-paced varied role for someone who thrives in a high-performance environment and enjoys operating as a true right hand.
You will be the central point of coordination across the Founder’s business life, private administration and day-to-day office operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly and efficiently. The role offers significant autonomy, exposure to exciting projects and the opportunity to become deeply embedded within a dynamic and entrepreneurial business.
Responsibilities- Extensive diary and inbox management for the Founder
- Coordinating complex business and personal schedules, meetings and travel
- Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and ensuring priorities are managed effectively
- Handling high-level correspondence and communications on behalf of the Founder
- Organising travel, restaurants, appointments and personal arrangements with precision and discretion
- Supporting with personal administration, lifestyle management and ad hoc errands when required
- Preparing meeting agendas, briefing notes and follow-up actions
- Assisting with research, project coordination and operational tasks across multiple areas of the business
- Liaising with external partners, suppliers and service providers
- Supporting with events, conferences, dinners and occasional personal engagements
- Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the London office
- Assisting with onboarding, recruitment and general office operations
- Managing expenses, invoicing and administrative tracking
- Significant experience supporting a HNW, Founder, CEO or senior C-suite executive
- Naturally organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Highly proactive, responsive and solutions-focused
- Able to anticipate needs and operate independently
- Comfortable managing both professional and personal matters with absolute discretion
- Calm under pressure and adaptable within a fast-moving environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Emotionally intelligent, polished and highly professional
- Enjoys improving processes and taking ownership
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and calendar management systems
Whilst the role is office based, there could be some opportunity for flexibility to WFH with time.
