The Role
- Supporting the Senior Executive
- Busy diary and calendar management
- Coordinating meetings and managing ever-changing schedules
- Organising UK and international travel
- Preparing meeting packs and presentations
- Organising client events, team lunches, dinners and social events
- Office management, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office
- Liaising with clients
- Project work and research
Requirements
- ideally around 1–3 years’ experience in an EA, PA, Team Assistant or Office Assistant role
- Bright, enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude and happy to get involved wherever needed
- Professional, personable and confident dealing with people at all levels
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
