An excellent opportunity for a bright, organised and energised candidate with some administrative experience who wants to step up and grow into an EA / Office Manager role based in Mayfair.
Our client, a dynamic boutique Real Estate Company is far more focused on attitude, energy and potential than on direct experience. This role would suit someone proactive, switched-on and genuinely keen to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
A key position combining Executive Assistant support to a senior Managing Director with full Office Management responsibility and organising events for a six-person London office.
You will manage a busy international diary, coordinate meetings and travel, prepare itineraries, oversee conference attendance and manage expenses with accurate reporting. You’ll also organise industry events, corporate dinners and internal team functions, ensuring every detail is delivered to a high standard.
Alongside this, you will oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office — liaising with suppliers and building management, coordinating facilities, preparing meeting rooms, greeting visitors and maintaining a polished, professional environment.
