An exciting opportunity for a proactive graduate to begin their career as an EA within the boutique London office of a leading international luxury real estate investment business. This is a varied and fast-paced role combining traditional EA responsibilities with organising events, office management, conducting research and being involved with project work - taking on greater responsibility with time.
We are looking for someone bright, articulate, highly organised and enthusiastic, with excellent attention to detail and a genuine desire to learn. You will need strong communication and presentation skills, excellent IT skills including PowerPoint and Excel, and the confidence to work in a busy, entrepreneurial environment.
The role will primarily support the Managing Director, while also assisting the wider team where required.
Responsibilities will include:
- Diary/Travel management and meeting coordination for the MD
- Expenses
- General EA and administrative support
- Organising events
- Conducting research and preparing information
- Being involved with a variety of project work
- Preparing presentations, documents and reports
- Assisting with marketing and investor-related materials
- Taking on additional responsibilities as the role develops
