We are looking for a high calibre, experienced professional Executive Assistant / Private PA and office manager to manage all business and private aspects for the Founder / CEO of a global property investment company. This is a key and pivotal “right hand” role with a lot of responsibility and autonomy. It requires a highly efficient, confident and people orientated Executive / Business Assistant with strong emotional intelligence, a global mindset and an optimistic, positive outlook – absolute discretion is always required.
As well as traditional Executive Assistant duties, there is a lot of variety as there are many “meaty” aspects of the business and projects to get involved in - business and private support is key.
The role is based in a boutique office in central London. Small team office based 5 days a week in Mayfair.
