Personable, entrepreneurial and dynamic Boutique Real Estate Company is looking for a switched on, highly organised and team-spirited Executive Assistant / Office Manager to support the CEO (with some support for the other Senior Execs) and seamlessly run their small office.
Responsibilities
- Executive Assistant duties including diary and travel management, inbox management, research, preparing presentations, assisting with marketing materials, and office management.
- Organising team events / offsites.
- Client liaising and some Project Management.
- Engage with Clients and Investors with confidence and acumen.
