An opportunity has arisen to join a boutique real estate firm based in Mayfair, supporting the dynamic CEO / Founder in a true right-hand Executive Assistant capacity across both business and private matters. This is a fast-paced, all-encompassing role suited to a highly capable, proactive and sharp individual who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and enjoys being at the centre of a busy, high-performing business.

The Founder is charismatic, driven and exceptionally intelligent, and is looking for someone who can operate as a genuine extension of them — someone who is calm under pressure, commercially aware, highly organised and able to manage both business and private matters with absolute discretion.

The role combines high-level executive support with operational and office management responsibilities, offering huge variety and exposure across the business.
