The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team to ensure a steady flow of exceptional candidates into our hiring process whilst also strengthening our employer brand. If you’re passionate about sourcing top talent, engaging candidates, and shaping recruitment strategies, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Sourcing
    • Manage job postings across platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and specialist sites.
    • Proactively source candidates using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels.
    • Build and maintain long-term talent pools for repeat or hard-to-fill roles.
    • Qualify CVs and profiles, conduct initial screening calls, and schedule interviews.
    • Ensure ATS data is accurate and up to date.
    • Hand shortlisted candidates into the formal hiring process managed by the Recruitment Manager.
    • Work to defined assessment frameworks and quality standards.
  • Employer Branding
    • Create and share content that showcases Labman’s work, culture, and opportunities.
    • Improve inbound attraction through digital campaigns and storytelling.
    • Attend external networking events to promote our Brand and to create links with potential candidates.
  • Insight & Reporting
    • Provide market intelligence on salary trends, talent availability, and competitor activity.
    • Monitor recruitment platforms and recommend improvements.
    • Track and report on sourcing activity and pipeline health.

What You Will Need

  • Proven experience in proactive sourcing (internal or agency).
  • Advanced LinkedIn and Boolean search skills.
  • Ability to engage passive candidates and build pipelines.
  • Experience in employer branding or attraction campaigns.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with recruitment technology and data-driven reporting.
