What You’ll Do

  • As a School/College Leaver Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers on real lab automation projects.
  • Learn hands‑on mechanical engineering skills, including assembly, fitting, and precision work.
  • Assist with building, testing, and maintaining mechanical systems and robotic machinery.
  • Support the manufacture and installation of bespoke automation equipment.
  • Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Develop problem‑solving, teamwork, and communication skills to start your engineering career.
