Position – Quality Assurance Advisor
Location – Labman HQ Seamer
Salary – From £36,000 – £44,000, based on experience.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Advisor to drive quality across the business. You’ll lead audits, streamline processes, support compliance, and champion continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
- Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards
- Review and manage all quality related processes, including customer feedback, internal auditing and CAPA investigations
- Oversee and support the implementation of quality control measures across engineering processes, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices
- Investigate non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure robust documentation practices across the QMS, including audit trails, change control, and training records
- Assist with internal audits and prepare for customer or third-party audits
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive adherence to quality standards and embed continuous improvement in all processes
- Championing quality systems across the business
- Ensuring process compliance as well as product conformity
- Liaising with regulatory bodies or certifying agencies
- Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the business
What You’ll Bring
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.
- Experience within GMP, GxP, or regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices) would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of quality processes such as audits, inspections, CAPA, and document control.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
