Position – Quality Assurance Advisor

Location – Labman HQ Seamer

Salary – From £36,000 – £44,000, based on experience.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Advisor to drive quality across the business. You’ll lead audits, streamline processes, support compliance, and champion continuous improvement.

What You Will Do

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards
  • Review and manage all quality related processes, including customer feedback, internal auditing and CAPA investigations
  • Oversee and support the implementation of quality control measures across engineering processes, ensuring compliance with standards and best practices
  • Investigate non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Ensure robust documentation practices across the QMS, including audit trails, change control, and training records
  • Assist with internal audits and prepare for customer or third-party audits
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive adherence to quality standards and embed continuous improvement in all processes
  • Championing quality systems across the business
  • Ensuring process compliance as well as product conformity
  • Liaising with regulatory bodies or certifying agencies
  • Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across the business

What You’ll Bring

  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards.
  • Experience within GMP, GxP, or regulated environments (e.g., pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices) would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of quality processes such as audits, inspections, CAPA, and document control.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
