Labman Automation is a multi‑award‑winning company with its HQ in North Yorkshire. Labman design and manufacture bespoke laboratory automation systems and products for a wide range of industries across the world. Due to increasing demand for both our custom automation and robotic laboratory products, we are seeking a proactive and skilled Technician to ensure the reliability, efficiency and performance of our laboratory automation systems. You will be involved in maintaining and optimising Labman systems at customer sites, initially in North‑West UK, but potentially worldwide.

What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair laboratory automation systems.
- Provide remote and on‑site technical support to customers, operators and internal teams.
- Conduct performance testing and ensure all systems meet Labman’s quality standards.
- Build strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and timely solutions.
- Accurately document all service activities, maintenance schedules and customer interactions.
- Regularly visit Labman HQ (Stokesley, North Yorkshire) for involvement in new project builds and acceptance testing.
Relevant transferrable skills may have been gained from the following industries or roles: Building Management Systems, Control Engineer, HVAC Engineer, On‑site Maintenance Engineer, Vehicle Engineer, Agricultural/ HGV mechanic etc.

- Willingness to travel within the UK and worldwide (although primarily based in the North‑West).
