Location: Labman HQ, Stokesley, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom
Salary: £38,000 - £46,000 (based on experience)

The Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of our properties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and project management skills. You will play an active role in planning of future workplace strategy and take the lead on planning and delivery on building changes and refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the management and maintenance of properties, including our commercial headquarters and other rental properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet safety standards.
- Manage property-related projects from inception to completion; experience working with local planning authorities would be advantageous.
- Maintain accurate records of property operations, including maintenance schedules and tenant communications.
- Liaise with contractors and service providers for repairs and renovations, ensuring quality workmanship.
- Lead and support on-site teams, including site maintenance, cleaners and catering team.
