We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional CNC Machinist to support the production of high‑quality components for our bespoke automation systems.

What You'll Do

  • Precision Manufacturing: Manufacture high‑quality parts to exact drawing specifications for bespoke automation systems.
  • CNC Programming and Operation: Write and optimise CNC programs using ONE CNC, and operate a range of milling, turning, and routing machines.
  • Technical Excellence: Maintain high standards of machining while contributing to continuous improvement in processes and techniques.
  • Innovation and Development: Stay up to date with state‑of‑the‑art machining technologies and contribute to their integration into future systems.
  • Team Contribution: Support and mentor colleagues, sharing knowledge to strengthen team capability.
  • Cultural Commitment: Uphold and embody Labman's core values and behaviours in all aspects of work.

Core

  • 5+ years CNC machining (milling/turning)
  • Programming experience (any CAM software)
  • Reading engineering drawings

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Haas / DMG / Doosan machines
  • ONE CNC or similar CAM software
  • Mentoring or team support experience
