Labman is growing — fast. With around 80 new roles to hire this year, we are building incredible teams to support world-leading automation projects, and we are looking for an In-House Recruiter who can help make it happen.
If you have a few years' recruitment experience (in-house or agency) and an interest in Engineering or technical roles, this is your chance to make a real impact.
What You'll Do:
- Turn job descriptions into clear, engaging adverts.
- Post roles across Breezy, LinkedIn, Indeed and other platforms.
- Help run campaigns for experienced hires and early careers.
- Review applications quickly and consistently.
- Run initial Teams interviews and ask thoughtful screening questions — including basic technical questions for engineering roles (we'll help you learn).
- Keep candidates informed at every step.
- Maintain accurate pipelines and records in Breezy.
- Schedule interviews, prepare interview packs and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Support graduate and early career assessment centres.
- Prepare dashboards and reports that guide decision making.
- Spot patterns, bottlenecks or gaps — and suggest practical improvements.
- Track KPIs and help refine how we hire as we continue to scale.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and support wider People & Culture projects when needed.
What You'll Need:
- A few years' recruitment experience (in-house or agency).
- Confidence handling end to end processes from advertising to offer.
- Strong organisation and communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Experience using an ATS (Breezy would be a bonus).
- Interest in engineering or technical roles — or the willingness to learn.
Desirable:
- Nice to have: Boolean search skills, LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
