We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and professional CNC Machinist to support the production of high-quality components for our bespoke automation systems.
What You'll Do:
- Precision Manufacturing: Manufacture high-quality parts to exact drawing specifications for bespoke automation systems
- CNC Programming and Operation: Write and optimise CNC programs using ONE CNC, and operate a range of milling, turning, and routing machines
- Technical Excellence: Maintain high standards of machining while contributing to continuous improvement in processes and techniques
- Innovation and Development: Stay up to date with state-of-the-art machining technologies and contribute to their integration into future systems
- Team Contribution: Support and mentor colleagues, sharing knowledge to strengthen team capability
- Cultural Commitment: Uphold and embody Labman’s core values and behaviours in all aspects of work
Core:
- 5+ years CNC machining (milling/turning)
- Programming experience (any CAM software)
- Reading engineering drawings
Nice to have:
- Experience with Haas / DMG / Doosan machines
- ONE CNC or similar CAM software
- Mentoring or team support experience
