Labman Automation, based at Labman HQ in Stokesley, North Yorkshire, seeks a hands-on Head of HR to lead a small HR team and translate people strategy into practical delivery. You’ll own employee relations, policies and governance while partnering with managers across a growing technical business.
The role is fully on-site (37.5 hours weekly) with a salary of £65,000–£75,000 based on experience. CIPD Level 7 qualified candidates will be preferred, with strong leadership and governance skills.
