Labman Automation is a global, award-winning engineering company building bespoke robotic and laboratory automation systems. Due to growth, we’re hiring a Product Technician with an electrical bias to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Build, wire, and test electrical assemblies
- Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
- Fault‑find electrical & electro‑mechanical issues
- Support testing and commissioning of products
- Work closely with engineers to improve designs
- Keep the workshop safe, tidy and organised
What You’ll Need
- Practical experience with electrical wiring or panel build
- Confident reading electrical diagrams
- Experience with low‑voltage systems, sensors & controls
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Team player with good communication skills
- Reliable and keen to learn
Desired Skills
- Automation, robotics, or electro‑mechanical experience
- Basic mechanical assembly skills
- PLC or industrial controls exposure
