  • 3 A Levels in related subjects (Grades BBC) or equivalent

What You’ll Do

  • As a School/College Leaver Apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers on real lab automation projects.
  • Learn hands-on mechanical engineering skills, including assembly, fitting, and precision work.
  • Assist with building, testing, and maintaining mechanical systems and robotic machinery.
  • Support the manufacture and installation of bespoke automation equipment.
  • Read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
  • Develop problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills to start your engineering career.

  • A strong interest in mechanical engineering, robotics, or automation.
  • Curious, practical, and keen to learn how things work.
