Lab Genius Therapeutics seeks an experienced Translational Scientist to lead clinical translation strategy for advancing our antibody pipeline.

You will develop, validate, and implement biomarker and PK/PD assays, and drive CDx and patient-stratification initiatives with global CROs and reference labs.

You will oversee internal transfers, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with discovery to translate promising assays into clinical-grade tests globally.
