Labcorp is seeking a Receptionist and Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team in Eye, Suffolk on a 9 month fixed term contract.
Work Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 4.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Switchboard call handling
- Reception administrative duties
- Receiving clients & visitors
- Liaising with hosts, security & kitchen
- Hospitality requests
- Facilities coordinator support including (but not limited to) raising supplier orders, allocating facilities management job orders, service record receipting, contractor bookings and record keeping
- Inter-site car hire management
- CAFM reporting of fault
- Maintaining meeting room standards
Required profile:
- Minimum Qualifications: Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
- Work experience in reception or customer service role
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Computing skills, including word processing and use of Microsoft Office packages
- General management and interpersonal skills to participate in a positive culture and collaboration with internal teams
- Great communication skills needed to communicate effectively at all levels internally as well as with external clients, suppliers, etc.
