Labcorp is a global, world-leading Life Sciences Contract Research Organisation that provides dedicated and fully comprehensive laboratory testing and drug development services to the pharmaceutical, crop protection and chemical industries. We strive to make a difference to people’s everyday lives by bringing essential medicines to the market.
We are currently recruiting for a Necropsy Supervisor to work at our Eye, Suffolk site. The role involves:
- The formal management responsibility for a team of up to 15 people
- Efficient utilization of all resources to produce a high-quality product to pre-determined client deadlines
- Ensuring that staff resources, equipment and materials are utilised effectively by planning future workloads with the scheduling, training and supervisory teams
- Working to improve proficiency and identify process improvements
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to enhance performance and development
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Be a confident, self-motivated leader with a drive for maintaining high throughput of work and quality levels in a fast-paced environment
- Have a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Ensure self and team follow all company policies and procedures and always adhere to GLP
- Be a collaborative team player who has a passion for nurturing growth in others
- Make conscious and purposeful efforts to enhance your personal and professional skills, knowledge and abilities through self-development
- Someone who is currently in a supervisory role looking for more responsibility or someone who wants to start on their journey into team supervision, if so, full training and support will be provided
