Labcorp is seeking a Proposal Manager to join our team at Harrogate, North Yorkshire or Alcombury, near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday – 37hrs

Job Responsibilities:
- Triage of new study enquiries for Harrogate and Huntingdon Genetic Toxicology group.
- Reviews RFP/quote requests to ensure full understanding of client requirements and responsible for completion of RFP/RFI documents.
- Managing enquiries of medium to high complexity autonomously.
- Applies expertise in complex data evaluation and interpretation to provide to commercial team to enable them to quote using in depth knowledge of client requirements.
- Manage complex enquiries autonomously and establishes clear timelines to meet client requirements and anticipates obstacles and provides solutions.
- Liaison with Genetic Tox groups to offer best timelines to clients and also to balance workload across the three sites.
- Calculation of pricelist derived pricing for non-standard studies including complex in vivo pricing.
- Pricing review versus quote of issued protocols and submission of associated change order forms.
- Review of all amendments, preparation of associated workscope requests via change orders and recording of all price adjustments and follow up checks to make sure these have been passed on.
- Preparation of weekly business analysis figures for study awards and new enquiries.
- Collating of data and preparation of slides for the Monthly Business Review meeting.
- Maintenance and update of the global pricelist in conjunction with the US pricing team, statistical reporting from CMS as required and attending client meetings as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- GCSE levels in Science, Maths and English.
Additional Job Standards:
- Worked within genetic toxicology to GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and regulatory guidelines (e.g. OECD, ICH) in department processes with documentation processes.
- Understands company procedures for financial, resource and contracting requirements.
- Understands the coordination and interactions between operational and commercial departments.
- Worked to regulatory compliance by maintaining Training Records.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple studies.
- Attention to detail and consistent accuracy whilst managing multiple changing priorities.
This is an office based role with some degree of flexible working available.
