Responsibilities
- Conducting and performing studies relating to study plan protocols using appropriate instrumentation with routine and non-routine methods with multiple organisms.
- Maintaining study documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines working to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
- Collating data and accurate data recording.
- Participate in QC review of selected routine data.
- Maintaining/upkeep of laboratory and work area.
- Husbandry tasks with various aquatic and terrestrial organisms, supporting the department in performing environmental studies on behalf of our clients.
Qualifications & Core Skills
- GCSE level standard in Science, Biology, Maths and English.
- Home Office licence PIL A/B.
- Worked within all areas using GLP or have knowledge of GLP.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication, time management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple studies.
- Attention to detail and consistent accuracy whilst managing multiple changing priorities.
