Labcorp is seeking a Receptionist and Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team in Eye, Suffolk on a 9 month fixed term contract.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Switchboard call handling
  • Reception administrative duties
  • Receiving clients & visitors
  • Liaising with hosts, security & kitchen
  • Hospitality requests
  • Facilities coordinator support including (but not limited to) raising supplier orders, allocating facilities management job orders, service record receipting, contractor bookings and record keeping
  • Inter-site car hire management
  • CAFM reporting of fault
  • Maintaining meeting room standards

Required profile:

  • Minimum Qualifications: Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
  • Work experience in reception or customer service role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines
  • Computing skills, including word processing and use of Microsoft Office packages
  • General management and interpersonal skills to participate in a positive culture and collaboration with internal teams
  • Great communication skills needed to communicate effectively at all levels internally as well as with external clients, suppliers, etc.
