Utilizing tools and available information to identify and prioritize clients in assigned accounts/territory

Establishing, nurturing and growing client relationships at the appropriate levels

Developing account plans and partnerships with key accounts

Meeting weekly with management to discuss sales activities, account and opportunity needs and strategy, and provide requested reports

Developing client call cycle to achieve objectives and sales plan; Follows up on leads

Providing general intelligence on key competitors

Selling the business unit’s capabilities and differentiation frameworks

Recognizing and communicating sales opportunities for other business units

Setting and managing customer expectations

Collaborating with companywide resources to achieve superior customer satisfaction

Organizing and hosting client visits

Evaluating client RFIs, RFPs, proposals, and budgets, and providing input to ensure client and company requirements are met

Using SFDC to document customer information, account plans, and decisions, as required for the business unit

Responsibility for Opportunity Management and accurate pipeline forecasting

Collaborating effectively with sales team members, SME’s, operational partners, and executives from other Labcorp units to bring potential opportunities to their attention and to identify and win multi-unit projects

Providing pricing feedback and competitive intel to internal team to maximize margins and achieve appropriate win rates

Participating in proposal scope development as appropriate
Do you have experience or an understanding in Central Laboratory Services paired with excellent interpersonal skills?, * Central Lab Services knowledge/experience
