You will be expected to undertake all relevant plan application assessment and site inspection work alongside dealing with dangerous structures and other associated building control functionsEssential qualifications/skillsYou will be a registered building inspector to Class 2 A-F and be experienced in and capable of dealing with the full range of building control duties including plan vetting, site inspections, enforcement and dangerous structures etc. We are also happy to accept applications from Class 2A surveyors who are currently applying to increase their certification level. • You will have a full driving licence. • You will be aware of the challenges facing building control and be willing to address these to the best of your abilities including competency validation renewal for the Building Safety Regulator which will of course be fully supported plus compliance with the Building Inspectors Competency Framework and Codes of Conduct.Further informationWe are keen to expand on our already excellent reputation amongst our clients and look forward to welcoming suitable candidates into the team.
