Rochford District Council is seeking a Senior Building Control Surveyor to join our Building Control team on a full-time, permanent basis.
You will manage a broad range of building control projects, inspect sites and ensure compliance with Building Regulations, while growing relationships with architects and developers.
Applicants must hold a Building Surveying degree (or equivalent) with MRICS/MCABE/MCIOB and be registered as Class 2 or 3 with the Building Safety Regulator.
