We are seeking professional and customer‐focused Registered Building Inspectors Class 1, Class 2A, & Class 2A-D who will contribute positively to the delivery and reputation of the 3C building control service.

The RBI plays a key professional role within the 3C Building Control Service, ensuring the health, safety and welfare of people in and around buildings. This is achieved through the effective implementation and enforcement of the Building Regulations, the Building Act 1984 and associated legislation, while delivering a high‐quality, customer‐focused statutory service.

Essential qualifications/skills
- Degree in building control, building surveying or a related construction discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
- Full corporate membership of RICS, CABE or CIOB is desirable
- A relevant CSCS Card
