You’ll be a strategic leader, ensuring that all building work complies with Building Regulations and associated legislation while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Essential qualifications/skills:

  • Educated to degree level in a relevant subject such as Building Control, Building Surveying, Construction, and/or be able to demonstrate learning at an equivalent level.
  • Full corporate membership of CABE, RICS, CIOB or similar Professional Institution membership at corporate level involving a significant Building Control element.
  • Class 3 Registered Building Inspector and Class 4 Technical Manager - competency validation must be maintained.

Desirable qualifications/skills:

  • Possess M.I.StructE or equivalent.

Grade G scp 23 £34,434 to Grade H scp 31 £41,771, salary dependant on qualifications and experience. Plus essential car user allowance up to £963pa - pay award pending.
